Twelve quatrefoil links, each is collet-set with one point-cut green quartz surrounded by 4 half domes above a sheet silver backs; alternating and terminating in flexible flat links and matching flat hook closure

Identifying marks : struck 3x "STERLING MEXICO" (on back of one flat link and two quatrefoils)
