A very Jazzy Art Deco Rose Gold stickpin with round collet-set Diamonds and flame fusion Ruby

Circa : 1915-25
Diamonds : .25 carat total; old European Cut .10 carat & .15 carat
Ruby : 1-1/4 carats, laboratory grown by the Verneuil 'flame fusion' process;

Verneuil exhibited rubies produced by this process at the 1900 Paris Exhibition. He published and patented the process in 1904 (ref : C.Romero. WARMAN'S JEWELRY, 2nd ed, 1988)
