The three stones, bead-set in 3 squares making one white gold rectangle, top a yellow gold filigree pattern flat operwork pierced dome 3/4" across x 3/8" wide x 1/4" high above patterned shoulders and hoop

Diamond : one full-cut round brilliant, 3mm size, SI1 clarity, G-H color, estimated .10 carat

Blue Sapphires : two, round faceted, 3mm, bead-set, origin undetermined, dark blue, SI (inclusions & surface abrasions), the pair .20 carat
