EARLY "BRISTOWS" ("STRASS", "PASTES") HOOP EARRINGS, silver-topped gold, circa 1810 : great sparkle, very antique, hard-to-find size.

Rose gold tested 14k (including the ear-wires;

Gems are set (closed back, foiled, silver-topped) in antique "cut corner" pinched collet mount variation

Gems : total 40; in each ear hoop, a double row of twenty 3.5 mm hand-faceted antique double cut "paste" gems of exceptional brilliance, typical late 1700's proportions

Great all original condition, including the tiny loop stops, original gold understructure and hinged wires.

Size : hoop diameter 3/4"; width of each double row of gems, 7 mm (.275")
