Silver & 18k white & yellow Gold
19 ROSE CUT DIAMONDS; 18 bead-set in petals of the silver flowerhead, center diamond in multiple prongs

Circa : 1919 - 1920's

Provenance : inherited through a French & French Colonial family, accompanied by a handwritten note :

"Jewish (Star of David) of Memere (Marguerite)"

Diamonds : approx total .15 carat

Hallmarks & Maker marks
Maker mark in vertical losenge "A/R..AND” two places (on 'c' catch & pin)
--on the white gold 'c' catch, eagle head mark (used for 18k gold, in Paris, and starting 1919 in all France);
--on pin, matching maker mark plus indistinct mark apparently the 'weevil' mark of import to France from a French colony or nation with treaty ties to France.

Metal : silver & 18k gold (touchstone tested)
Gross wt : .1985 troy ounce
Size : 1-1/4” x 1-1/4” (3 x 3 cm), raised on openwork gallery above 19c style catch & hinge
