GEORGIAN Diamond Hoop Earrings, 52 rose-cut diamonds

18-19c Diamond Ear Hoops, fine original condition : 52 Rose cut diamonds, foil backed, in Gold and Silver.

Fine and scarce, all original fine condition,
a classic since the 1600's or earlier -- very rarely do they survive, and even more rarely in the fine sound wearable condition of these.

Diamonds : Total 52 three-facet rose cuts, average 2 mm diameter (thus the look of total 1-1/2 carats in modern round diamonds); 26 in each hoop, foil backed.
(Weight of diamonds is not calculated, as usual and expected in case of antique rose cuts because impossible to accurately estimate.)

Period : circa 1790-- 1820's
