Rectangular cameo set in collet frame approx 1” x 1/2”, on gallery and shoulders of textured openwork

The lady is carved in banded cameo shell, and wears a heart-shape pendant set with one tiny diamond, on a silver chain which is fastened through two holes in the shell.
