GEORGE II - III , in the Chippendale taste,
fine original brasses, rich patina (note slight darkened contact mark on lid, each place the swing has contacted.) Good original bracket feet.

Interior has two original wood dividers
Steel period key with traces of silvering, possibly original, working.
